We are so grateful to the Leeds Building Society Foundation for their generation donation of £850 towards equipment for our fantastic new community kitchen facility. Since restrictions eased this summer, we have been enjoying coming together in small bubble groups to learn new skills including making fruit kebabs and salads in our fantastic Tutti Frutti tropical themed Fun Time Friday.
Since 1999 the Leeds Building Society Foundation has donated more than £2,000,000 to 3,000 local projects and good causes across the UK, which support those who are disadvantaged or in vulnerable circumstances. The Foundation primarily provides funding towards practical items that directly support those in need including those with disabilities, affected by homelessness, or with serious health issues.
