Fundraising target £500k
In Phase 12 we plan to build a new centre that can provide mini-breaks and an outreach service for people with learning disabilities and their families in crisis in the North West.
Each phase is only started when enough funds have been raised and the total projected investment in this programme amounts to £2.3m.
