Last April Stanley Grange Community Association submitted an application to appear on the Channel 4 series, Tool bus.
Our residents asked Channel 4 to come to our site and transform some waste land in our plant centre to an allotment that could be shared with the local community.
Guess what? we only went and got chosen!……..The production team spent two weeks with us transforming the unused area into a community garden and allotment for all to use.
We’re excited to tell you that from March 13th, running across the full week from 3-4pm everyday, you’ll be able to watch out residents, families and staff get involved in this wonderland project.
